Description

Eden Health Care Services is accepting proposals from Proponents for the provision of Security Services in Southern Manitoba.

It is the intent to enter into an Agreement term of three (3) years with one Proponent who will undertake to provide the services as identified in this RFP. If the Bidder agrees at the time of Proposal submission, there will be the option to extend the awarded Agreement for two (2) additional three (3) year terms. The decision to exercise the optional term shall be at the sole discretion of Eden Health Care Services. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be effective on or about April 1, 2019.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents shall submit a company profile that should include the following:

Overview of Proponent’s organizational structure including key personnel supporting Eden Health Care Services;
Length of time in business;
Location of the office that would be responsible for providing support to Eden Health Care Services;
Copies of the certificates indicating completed training (see 3.1.3)
Insurance for company and each individual providing response to Eden Health Care Services (EHCS)
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Persons Check for each individual providing response to EHCS
Indication of membership status with any industry standards associations or quality assurance programs;
Description of experience of the Proponent in the area of providing Security Services to organizations of a comparable size and scope to Eden Health Care Services, with specific emphasis on public sector and/or healthcare related organizations
