D2. SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of supply and installation of Main
Electrical breaker at for four (4) City of Winnipeg Arenas.

D2.2 The four (4) City of Winnipeg Arenas are located at:
(a) Eric Coy Arena, 535 Oakdale, Winnipeg, MB;
(b) Charles Barbour Arena, 500 Nathaniel, Winnipeg, MB;
(c) Century Arena, 1377 Clarence, Winnipeg, MB; and
(d) Maginot Arena, 910 Maginot, Winnipeg, MB.

D2.3 In the event that the power supply is required to be temporarily shut down during the
course of the work it must be made operational within a 48 hour period or as soon as site
conditions permit.

B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the first site starting at 9:00 am on June 15th, 2023 to provide Bidders access to
the Sites.

B3.2 The Bidder is advised that the sites will be seen in order starting with;
(i) Eric Coy Arena, 535 Oakdale, Winnipeg, MB;
(ii) Then to, Charles Barbour Arena, 500 Nathaniel, Winnipeg, MB;
(iii) Then to, Century Arena, 1377 Clarence, Winnipeg, MB; and
(iv) Finishing at Maginot Arena, 910 Maginot, Winnipeg, MB.

B3.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received
at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct
observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.

B3.4 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume
all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have
been determined through such inspection.
