B5. SCOPE OF WORK
B5.1 The Work to be done under the subsequent Contract shall consist of the provision of annual, tropical and perennial plant material.
B5.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) The City invites qualified individuals to submit a Qualification Submission in response to this RFQ.
(b) After receiving the Submissions to this RFQ, the City will review all Submissions received. Only those Proponents moving forward to the Pre-qualified Proponents List will be invited to submit quotes in response to future requests for the Provision of Annual, Tropical and Perennial Plant Material.
(c) Prices, available supply and delivery dates will be requested and evaluated, as part of the Quote Form (Appendix A) for future Provision of Annual, Tropical and Perennial Plants as requested by the City.
