NOTICE TO PROPONENTS

Millennium Library, the central library of the Winnipeg Public Library system, has long had uniformed security guards as part of the overall safety strategy of the facility. In recent years the number of guards and their approach to safety and security has evolved.

Library Services is planning on releasing a Request for Proposal for Millennium Library Security Guards early 2024. This notice is for potential proponents to have a better understanding of requirements for this upcoming RFP.
