D3. SCOPE OF WORK

D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of wastewater sewer repairs and
modifications due to sewer collapse that occurred near the intersection of Main Street and Murray
Avenue.

D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Temporary flow diversion and implementation of flow control measures.
(b) Repair and modification of wastewater sewer, manholes and connection to existing 1350 mm
interceptor sewer.
(c) Surface restorations and related works.

D3.3 The funds available for this Contract are $800,000.00.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Bidder may view the Site without making an appointment.
B3.2 he Bidder/Proponent is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect their Bid/Proposal or their performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
