D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and installation of two (2)
fall arrest beams including trolleys.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Supply and install structural steel per drawings for Hoist Number 34 plus two (2) trolleys.
(b) Supply and install structural steel per drawings for Hoist Number 53 plus two (2) trolleys.
D2.3 The funds available for this contract are $70,000.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at
the Site at 10:00 am on June 10, 2021 to provide Bidders access to the Site.

B3.2 COVID Information: The Bidder is advised that face masks must be worn at all times
while inside the building. As group size will be restricted, please contact the Contract
Administrator by 2:00 p.m. on June 9, 2021 to register to attend the Site Investigation.

B3.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site
investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is
provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
