Description

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of green and fairway restoration of the 7th
Hole at Kildonan Park Golf Course.

D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Drainage and tee box improvements
(b) Fairway and bunker improvements, including placing of sod
(i) Contractor shall be responsible for rolling and initial watering of sod
(c) Not in Contract: Tree pruning and removal, which shall be by others
D2.3 The 7th Hole shall remain in play during the Contractor’s work. As much as possible, the City
shall enable the Contractor to work continuously by moving tee markers when needed.

D2.4 Stockpiled materials
(a) Shall be placed in an out of play area. Area to be clarified at the site meeting.
(b) Contractor to provide fencing around stockpiled materials and construction hazards. This
item to be clarified at the site meeting.
