Description

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of mostly interior renovations to WFPS Fire Station 13 as per the drawings and specifications.

D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Renovations to the existing main floor Control Area as shown on the drawings.
(b) Renovations to the existing kitchen and lounge area as shown on the drawings.
(c) Replacement of flooring, lighting and windows, painting.
D2.3 The following shall apply to the Work:
(a) City of Winnipeg Green Building Policy: New City-Owned Buildings and major additions;

Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 9:00 a.m. on July 21, 2020 to provide Bidders access to the Site.

The Bidder is advised that social distancing protocol is mandatory on site due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each bidder must complete a Health Questionnaire and hand sanitizing will be required prior to entering the facility.
