D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and installation of
nine (9) EV charging cabinets, 34 charging dispensers, a new power distribution to supply the
dispensers, and a mechanical ventilation system to provide ventilation or the EV charging cabinets.
D2.2 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of two parts:
(a) Part 1 – 2023 City Funded Works
(b) Part 2 – 2024 City Funded Works
D2.3 Part 1 – 2023 City Funded Works shall consist of:
(a) Supply, install and commission a minimum of two (2) 150kVA EV charging cabinets (or
equivalent) in the existing storage room at 600 Brandon Avenue; and,
(b) Supply, install and commission a minimum of eight (8) charging dispensers and the associated
raceways / cabling in the storage tracks area.
D2.4 Part 2 – 2024 City Funded Works shall consist of:
(a) Re-configure the existing building electrical service at 600 Brandon Avenue;
(b) Supply, install and commission a new 2000A distribution to power the new EV charging
cabinets;
(c) Supply, install and commission seven (7) additional 150kVA EV charging cabinets (or
equivalent) in the existing storage room at 600 Brandon Avenue;
(d) Supply, install and commission twenty-six (26) additional dispensers and the associated
raceways / cabling in the storage tracks area;
(e) Supply and installation of a mechanical system to provide ventilation in the room housing the
charging cabinets; and,
(f) Supply training and closeout documentation for the mechanical system and the bus chargers
and charging dispensers.
