B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 9:30 am on September 25, 2024 to provide Bidders access to the Site.
B3.2 The Bidder is advised to site confirm the condition and scope of work required within the pump room and also to site confirm any site specific conditions that will affect the work.
B3.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
B3.4 The Contract Administrator will make available, upon request, as set of pdf files of the original construction documents. Bidders are cautioned that they should not rely on information in these files without verifying the drawings on site as undocumented changes may have occurred on site subsequent to the original construction.
B3.5 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
