D3.          SCOPE OF WORK
D3.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of construction of the North
District Police Station at 100 Sinclair Street, Winnipeg MB.
D3.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)   Foundations;
(b)   Superstructure;
(c)    Building Envelope;
(d)   Interior partitions and finishes;
(e)   Mechanical Systems;
(f)    Electrical Systems;
(g)   Security Systems;
(h)   Site work including grading, draining, utilities, services, and hard and soft landscaping
and;
(i)     Demolition.
D3.3        The following shall apply to the Services:
(a)   City of Winnipeg Green Building Policy: New City-Owned Buildings and major additions;
