B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the various Sites to provide Bidders access as follows:
(a) May 13 - Station 27 – 27 Sage Creek Boulevard from 9 am to 10 am
(b) May 13 – Station 21 – 1446 Regent Avenue West from 11am to 12 pm
(c) May 13 - Station 25 – 701 Day Street from 1 pm to 2 pm
(d) May 15 – Station 13 – 799 Lilac Street from 9 am to 10 am
(e) May 15 – Station 14 – 1057 St. Mary’s Road from 11 am to 12 pm
(f) May 15 – Station 26 – 1525 Dakota Street from 1 pm to 2 pm
(g) May 15 - Station 12 – 1780 Taylor Avenue from 3 pm to 4 pm
(h) May 17 - Station 23 – 880 Dalhousie Drive from 9 am to 10 am
(i) May 17 - Station 31 – 726 Furby Street from 11 am to 12 pm
(j) May 17 - Station 18 – 5000 Roblin Boulevard from 1 pm to 2 pm
(k) May 17 – Station 20 – 525 Banting Drive from 3 pm to 4 pm
B3.2 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received
at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct
observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
B3.3 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume
all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have
been determined through such inspection.
