SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of modifications to the existing HVAC system to correct snow infiltration as per Drawings and Specifications.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)Install new snow and droplet separator as shown on Drawings.
(b)Install new drain line as shown on Drawings.
(c)Re-balance existing MUA-4, total airflow of 23,500 cfm.
(d)Re-balance existing AHU-16, total supply airflow of 10,957 cfm, fresh air flow 5,329 cfm.
(e)All related electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment as shown on Drawings.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 9:30 am on March 31, 2022 to provide Bidders access to the Site. Bidders to meet 9:30 am at 245 Smith Street front lobby and requires a minimum of Winnipeg Police Security Clearance Level 2, as bidders will be escorted to get inside the building. Bidders are advised to complete and submit the security clearance requirements in Part F1.2 (b) prior to the site meeting.
B3.2 Bidders are to provide the Contract Administrator via email the names and dates of birth of personnel attending the site investigation one (1) week prior to the site investigation to confirm Level 2 Security Clearance.
B3.3 Bidders will require Level 2 Security Clearance to obtain copies of the Drawings and Specifications for their use, and only those with Level 2 Security Clearance are permitted to view these documents.
B3.4 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
