D3. SCOPE OF WORK
D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of:
(a) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation
(i) Delorme Bay from Grandmont Boulevard to Grandmont Boulevard
(ii) Fleetwood Road Frontage Road from #4 to #28
(iii) Greensboro Square from Greensboro Bay to end
(iv) Sandstone Place from Scurfield Boulevard to end
(v) Scurfield Boulevard Frontage Road from #405 to #437
(vi) Scurfield Boulevard Frontage Road from #424 to #460
(vii) Scurfield Boulevard Frontage Road from #464 to #516
(viii) Westbourne Crescent from Paddington Road to Burland Avenue
(b) Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation
(i) Augusta Drive from Chancellor Drive to Lakeside Drive
(ii) Dorge Drive from Gendreau Avenue to Le Maire Street
(iii) Providence Place from Augusta Drive to end
(c) Mill and Fill
(i) Brady Road from PTH 100 to Brady Road Access
(ii) Augusta Drive from Chancellor Drive to Greensboro Square
(iii) Greensboro Bay from Chancellor Drive to Augusta Drive
(iv) Montclair Bay from Lakeshore Road to Lakeshore Road
(v) Turnbull Drive from Pembina Highway to City Limit
D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation
(i) Planing existing asphalt overlay (if applicable);
(ii) Full depth concrete repairs of existing joints and slabs;
(iii) Renewal of existing curbs;
(iv) Removal of lip curb by planning;
(v) Installation of barrier curb and modified lip curbs;
(vi) Installation of new catch basins and leads;
(vii) Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes, and appurtenances;
(viii) Placement of asphalt overlay (Type 1A);
(ix) Construction of 100 mm Concrete Sidewalk; and
(x) Topsoil and Sod.
(b) Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation
(i) Planing existing asphalt pavement;
(ii) Full depth pavement patching including excavation, subbase and base course installation
and geotextile fabric;
(iii) Remove 400 m wide curb and gutter and installation of 600 wide curb and gutter;
(iv) Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes, and appurtenances;
(v) Placement of asphalt overlay (Type 1A);
(vi) Renewal of existing sidewalks; and
(vii) Topsoil and Sod.
(c) Mill and Fill
(i) Planing existing asphalt overlay;
(ii) Remove 400 m wide curb and gutter and installation of 600 wide curb and gutter;
(iii) Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes, and appurtenances;
(iv) Placement of asphalt overlay (Type 1A);
(v) Installation of limestone surfacing material on shoulders;
(vi) Renewal of existing sidewalks; and
(vii) Topsoil and Sod.
