RFT #13617 - Supply of 40 ft. Containers

The City of Thompson require the services of a competent organization to supply 2 quantities 40 foot containers for the use of its Purchasing unit for storing stock items.

The City shall have the right to disqualify Proponents from the bidding process if they have failed to complete their obligations under any prior contract with the City of Thompson or have been involved in litigation with the City.

The lowest or any submission need not be accepted by the City of Thompson. The City shall have the right to evaluate competing bids in accordance with its own criteria for evaluation applied to the work being proposed, whether or not such criteria has been expressly related to the Proponents. The City of Thompson reserves the right to award work to the Proponent which it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
