Description

In an effort to promote access to housing for our growing community, the City of Morden is soliciting proposals from proponents to develop new affordable housing units. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is for the design, construction, and operation of new affordable housing units.
In support of the development of affordable housing, the City of Morden will contribute up to $520,000.00 per project, towards one or more housing projects which are sound, suitable and sustainable.
