Description

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (“CMHR”) requires exhibition fit-up and fabrication services, including engineering drawings, graphic production, and packing and crating for the following mixed-media exhibition:
Title: Beyond the Beat: Music of Resistance and Change
When: Exhibition Launch December 2023
Location: The exhibition will be on display in the CMHR’s 5000 sq ft Level 1 Gallery.
The CMHR intends to offer this exhibition for international tour following its display in Winnipeg. Elements of the exhibition need to be designed with travelling in mind, ensuring ease in transport and installation, using robust, durable materials suited to long term display, international travel, and strike/restrikes of the exhibition.
The CMHR requires experienced and qualified firms for the Services in each of the following three activities:

Exhibition engineering and fabrication
Graphic Production

Travel Preparation: Crate Design and Fabrication, Packing and Crating Plans, Development of Installation guide
