Submissions must be submitted on, and in accordance with, forms supplied by the Museum. All responses are to be submitted to the Museum through the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submissions in the manner and time prescribed.
ITT Documents and all amendments will be available only through MERX distribution. Any response from a Bidder whose name does not appear on the official MERX document request list will be declared invalid, and the Submission will not be considered. MERX EBS does not allow Submissions to be uploaded after the submission deadline, so the Bidder should ensure they allow plenty of time to upload the documents.
Submissions transmitted by facsimile or sent by any other electronic means shall not be considered.
