Description

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) seeks proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Museum with the process of development of our Digital Learning Centre (DLC). We expect that the qualified firm(s) would bring expert advice, perspective and recommendations that align with the Museum’s requirements and project constraints in a phased approach.
The first phase involves development of a comprehensive schematic design and budget.
There may be an opportunity for the successful proponent to continue to the next phase(s) of the project from design development through to construction management and administration. The decision to move forward into further phases would be determined by a combination of internal and external factors.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be submitted on, and in accordance with, forms supplied by the Museum. All responses are to be submitted to the Museum through the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.

NRFP Documents and all amendments will be available only through MERX distribution only. Any response from a Proponent whose name does not appear on the official MERX document request list (i.e. who has not downloaded the documents themselves) will be declared invalid, and the Proposal will not be considered.
