Description

The CMHR is seeking information from financial institutions regarding their business credit card offerings. When submitting information in response to this RFI, please (if possible) summarize your institution’s formal solutions as they relate to our list of desired offerings described below.

Anticipated requirements identified to date are:

Ability for cardholders to log in online to view their own transactions (required);
Ability for Museum corporate card administrator to limit usage by transaction type (if possible);
Ability for Museum corporate card administrator to limit single transaction limits (if possible);
Ability for Museum corporate card administrator to have ability to:
- adjust credit card limits, in real time;
- de-activate/re-activate cards;
- adjust transaction types available to a cardholder (if applicable);
- adjust single transaction limits (if applicable);
- run reports;
- view transactions;
- apply for (or on behalf of) new cardholders;
Ability to choose to either have the cards auto-paid or have them paid by the individual (if possible);
Ability to set temporary limit increases that revert to its original limit after the given time period;

Billing period to be at the end of the month;
Ability to download statement and/or transaction in Excel or .csv format and/or ability to combine multiple individual statements/transactions in one download to Excel or .csv;
Option of paying for cards in one bulk payment (versus multiple bill payments for each credit card holder); and
For travel cards – travel insurance/benefits (required);
Information on “ghost” cards would be beneficial (optional).

Ideally the CMHR would prefer to have cards that could accommodate both purchases and travel. Please provide a comparison of options if one solution doesn’t meet all the needs described.

With your response, please outline and describe any fees or incentive programs. Also, please describe the process of acquiring new business credit cards showing timelines to turn around new client accounts. Your response must include a contact name and information where inquiries related to your response can be directed.

Note: The CMHR will not post a formal solicitation document in relation to this requirement; it will work directly with the institution that is deemed to best meet the needs of the Museum.
