Brandon University (“BU”) is a publicly funded university established under the Brandon University Act of the Manitoba Legislature. BU delivers undergraduate and graduate programming in Faculties of Arts, Science, Education, and Health Studies as well as a School of Music, primarily in Brandon, Manitoba and has approximately 3,500 students, 400 full‐time employees and 1,000 part‐time casual employees.
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals from firms who have a team of consultants that can provide professional consulting services in a variety of service areas to support the selection and implementation of new core administrative systems. Relevant experience and expertise working on core administrative system renewal and implementation projects within a post-secondary education setting is preferred.
The core administrative systems include the following functional areas such as:
1. Student System (including recruitment, admissions, registration, academic history, graduation, degree audit, student receivables, etc.)
2. Human Resources (including payroll and position control, etc.)
3. Finance (including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, etc.)
4. Alumni and Advancement (including alumni relations and communications, fundraising, fund management, event management, volunteer management, etc.)
5. Institutional Data & Analysis (including reporting, data warehouse functionality and analytics, etc.)
6. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
BU is looking to contract with a single Proponent to provide all of the required services.
