Description

Boeing Canada Winnipeg invites qualified proponents to submit a proposal for the delivery of HVAC systems maintenance services, and is seeking to enter into a contract for a 2 (two) year period, with 2 (two) 1 (one) year options to extend.
Boeing currently has a workforce of approx. 1100 employees with considerable presence of contract labour, which supports a 24/7/365 manufacturing operation. Boeing Canada Winnipeg is the largest aerospace composite manufacture in Canada, and is a manufacturing business unit of the Boeing Company, Fabrication Division (USA). It has one (1) physical site located in Winnipeg, at 99 Murray Park Rd. (approx. 700,000 sq. feet).

Confirmation of attendance for the Bidder's conference is required by November 5th. Bidders Conference will be held online using the Webex platform. Invitations will be sent out to all Bidders that submitted their Bid Intent response to Boeing Canada Winnipeg Procurement Agent by November 3rd 2021 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Participants attending the Conference will be sent
a Proprietary Information Agreement (PIA) form which will need to be fully executed prior to attending the event.

Event Note

Following Covid-19 protocol Boeing site tour will be scheduled by Procurement Agent with each Bidder separately and will be conducted from November 10th to November 17th (the indicated above date and time used as formality only, your site visit will be scheduled after your Bid Intent is received by Procurement Agent prior or on November 3rd, 3:00 PM Central Time). Provide the full name(s) of the individual(s) attending to Procurement Agent. A maximum of two representatives will be accepted to attend from each Bidder. Bidders shall read the enclosed Instructions to Bidders document for details.
Mandatory Safety Requirements: safety shoes, hi-visibility vest, and safety glasses must be worn during the tour.
Avoid any clothing or equipment advertising your company name or logo. Casual informal dress is acceptable. Photographs ARE NOT permitted.
Participants are to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for security to validate IDs (2 pcs of Government issued IDs are required, ex: driver's license/passport). After parking, candidates will be met at the Employee Entrance "C".

Proponents must submit one (1) original proposal (separate packages for each technical and financial (Cost Structure) proposals) and should submit one (1) hard copy of their Proposal that should be clearly marked “RFP #WRFX2100002 – Proponent’s Company Name” and should be sealed. The Proposal should be organized in the format shown in Section 4.1. of RFP
Instructions to Bidders document. Proponents should also submit a one (1) electronic copy of their proposal using CD or portable USB drive. Only hard copies of Proposals shall be accepted and evaluated. Proposals submitted by electronic facsimile (fax) or electronic mail (e-mail) shall not be
evaluated.
