The Community of Barren Lands First Nation is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for Project Management Services as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR) Document “Project Management Services for the Design and Construction of the Barren Lands First Nation Water and Sewer Development Project ”.

The project will consist of the engagement and delivery of the Project Management services as required for the successful completion of design and construction of the Sewage Treatment Lagoon and associated works for Barren Lands First Nation.

Full details inclduing submission requirements and deadlines are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) Document.

Late or misdirected proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened, if received.
