The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the re-roofing of a residence located at 81051 Morden Sprague Road in Sprague, Manitoba.
Intent of the work is the removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles, fascia, soffits and roof gutters and the supply and installation of new metal roofing fascia, soffits and roof gutters for the employee housing unit identified in the scope of work.
