This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Natural Resources and Northern Development, Parks Branch (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the construction of a new plaza and museum buildings at Nutimik Lake in north Whiteshell Provincial Park as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars Appendix 3 (the “Work”).

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Location: Nutimik Museum Site, PR 307, Whiteshell Provincial Park
Date and Time: August 21, 2023 11:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet at the project site prior to 11:00 AM local time to sign the site attendance sheet. See maps included with Appendix 8 for location. Proponents are asked to pre-register by email to the project coordinator Ryan Wakshinski at ryan.wakshinski@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.

Deadline for registration is the end of the business day August 18, 2023. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting will be confirmed and recorded.

Deadline for questions September 05, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the RFP Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is September 12, 2023 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
