2023-93-7313-P - Make-Up Air Unit Replacement

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Make-Up Air Unit Replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

The work is being done in a 12 storey building located at 145 Powers Street, Winnipeg, MB. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Location: 145 Powers Street, Winnipeg, MB
Date and Time: February 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time

Proponents are to meet in the front lobby at 145 Powers Street prior to 10:00am to sign the site attendance sheet. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project manager at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.

Proponents should register for the site visit by the end of the business day February 14, 2024. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded.

Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

Deadline for questions February 22, 2024. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is February 29, 2024 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
