Leaf Rapids Town Properties (LRTP) requires a Contractor to provide Life Safety Systems Services which includes the following: Fire Alarm/Fire Protection services for fire dampers, standpipes, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers and multiple types of fire alarm systems; specifically for Chubb Edwards, and other fire related protection systems to ensure integrity and uninterrupted performance of the systems. Equipment Inventory is identified on Appendix “C”. The services shall include the following:
1. Test
2. Check
3. Inspection
4. Maintenance
5. Deficiencies report
6. As-and-when requested work
