The Department of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management Real Estate and Contracts Services (AM) is seeking office accommodations in Winnipeg, Manitoba consisting of approximately 20,700 useable square feet. Space offered shall be storefront with direct main floor access on to the street, not through a mall entrance or building lobby. Contiguous floors are preferable, however if non-contiguous floors are offered, then main floor must be a minimum of at least 5,000 useable sq. ft. of space with direct street access and the remainder of the area not to exceed two (2) floors. Below grade level not acceptable.
A total of 51 parking stalls are to be provided by the landlord as set out in further detail in the invitation documents.
Term shall be 15 or 20 years with two additional five (5) year options to renew. Occupancy should be available by July 1, 2024 the desired occupancy date.
