This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Fire Detection & Emergency Lighting Upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).
The work is being done in single story residential apartment type building at 750 2nd Avenue, Rivers. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Bid submission deadline is August 31, 2023 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e bid requirements.
