Sealed bids will be received at the 2nd Floor, 400 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba,
R3B 3M3, prior to 2:00 P.M. prevailing Winnipeg time, THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2019 for:

                        MANITOBA FINANCE PROJECT NO. 4005243-b1
                        EMPLOYEE HOUSING UNITS
                       164, 166 AND 168 HART STREET, EASTERVILLE, MB
                        DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEAN-UP

Bidders may obtain the drawings, specifications and bid documents from www.merx.com  or from Manitoba Finance, 2nd Floor, 400 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 3M3.  To obtain a hard copy of the bidding documents, e-mail ASDContractServices@gov.mb.ca and include company name, address (mailing and street as applicable) 10 digit phone and fax numbers and designate long distance if it applies.

Bidders will submit a completed Contractor’s Certification Form – Legislative and Safety Requirements with the bid submission or within Five (5) business days of the close of bidding. Failure to submit the Contractor’s Certification Form within Five (5) business days may cause the tender to be rejected.

Only firm bids will be considered.

The receipt or opening of any Bid is not acceptance;  acceptance of any Bid may only be made in writing by the Department;  and there is no obligation by the Department to accept the lowest or any Bid.
