Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to complete the elevator modernization (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the Manitoba School for the Deaf, 242 Stradford Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Manitoba also intends to award an agreement (in accordance with Appendix D terms and conditions) to the successful contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for an initial term of three (3) years. The agreement shall not begin until construction and one year warranty period is complete. Form D4: Price Form (Part 2 - Elevator Maintenance Services) will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of bids.
