Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide General Contracting Services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for a room renovation on the 8th floor of 405 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The project scope includes minor demolition, new walls and door, painting, new flooring, new ceiling, new lighting, replacing the existing lighting, the installation of a new door, and new mechanical and electrical work.

Bidders will have to go through security screening (metal scanner, etc.) on main floor lobby to enter the building.

Interested Bidders must contact Alex Needham by email: Alex.Needham@gov.mb.ca at least one (1) whole business prior to the mandatory site examination.

Bidders must wear protective face masks at all times while on site. Bidders must provide their own protective masks. Failure to do so may prevent access to the facility. Face masks do not need to be medical grade but will need to cover the mouth and nose. Single use masks are considered medical waste and bidders will be required to dispose of their own face masks off site.
