Bidders may obtain the drawings, specifications and bid documents from www.merx.com .
Each bid must be accompanied with a fully executed original Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. No substitute for the original Bid Bond will be accepted.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Affinity Architecture’s Office, Unit 200 - 4 Fort Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that have not attended the mandatory site visit.
Bidders will submit a letter of compliance or exemption from Apprenticeship Manitoba and completed Contractor’s Certification Form – Legislative and Safety Requirements with the bid submission or within Five (5) business days of the close of bidding. Failure to submit the required documentation within Five (5) business days may cause the tender to be rejected.
Only firm bids will be considered.
The receipt or opening of any Bid is not acceptance; acceptance of any Bid may only be made in writing by the Department; and there is no obligation by the Department to accept the lowest or any Bid.
