Description

March of Dimes Canada (MODC) seeks a vendor to assess actual space requirements at its’ National Office to determine how best we can accommodate growing and changing needs. MODC must consider if proposed changes can be achieved in the current space and if so, at what cost. MODC will consider options to expand on the current site. Additional considerations for space include:

Barrier free design
Increase space utilization
Improve building efficiencies
Improve workplace experience leading to:
- Healthy work environment
- Increase human and organizational performance
- Higher technological efficiencies
- Higher recruiting power
- Ease of access to consumer spaces
LEED standards, with lower occupancy costs and reduced footprint

We are looking for an outline of proposed steps with associated timelines and costs for each of three distinct phases, Evaluation & Strategy, Design and Project Management.
A signed copy of the Confidentiality Non-Disclosure Agreement must be completed and submitted to the Bid Administrator by email, to obtain access to download the full RFP. Please forward fully completed Confidentiality Non-Disclosure statements via email to the attention of: cmacgregor@marchofdimes.ca

A Conflict of Interest Declaration is included in the Form of Offer and must be signed and submitted as part of the RFP submission.

Completed proposal submissions must be submitted in hard copy format by September 6, 2018 at 4pm.

Questions throughout the process must be submitted via email to the bid administrator and will be accepted up to August 30, 2018 at 4pm.

Responses to questions will be posted on the MERX. Final award notification will be posted at the end of the selection process.

Once finalized, all Vendors who submitted a proposal will receive written confirmation of the outcome.
