IT202129 - Licensing and Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

This non-binding Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by March of Dimes Canada (“MODC”) to solicit proposals from software Vendors to issue licenses to MODC and implement cloud hosted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (“F&O”) Enterprise to streamline business processes, standardize data collection and reporting, and support decision-making that leads to improvements in operational effectiveness. The functional areas to be supported are: Financials (AP, AR, GL, and financial statements), Lease & Property Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Fixed Asset Management, Budgeting, Analytics, and Reporting. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Enterprise will replace MODC’s current solution, Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 R2 ERP by end of 2021. The ideal Proponent will have implemented this solution for a similar size/profile to MODC. Please refer to the RFP for full scope of work and requirements.
Due to MODC’s funding requirements, all data must be in Canada and MODC will not consider Proponents who store data outside of Canada.
