Description

The purpose of this non-binding RFP is to provide prospective Proponents with information that will enable them to prepare and submit a proposal to help MODC develop Individual coaching sessions for our Executive Leadership Team (mix of in-person and virtual), assist with organizational action planning based on our recently completed Employee Engagement & Equity Survey, and develop executive meeting workshop (can be facilitated over several separate sessions) to assist MODC’s Executive team to more effectively work together as a team.
