Description

The purpose and intent of this Request for Quote (‘RFQ’) is for March of Dimes Canada (‘MODC’) to invite qualified firm(s) or individual(s) experienced in the community and non-profit sector to submit quotes for the following:

Create and validate a survey looking to gather data on individuals living with and impacted by stroke.
Develop the recruitment strategy and conduct data collection through multiple modes (i.e., online, phone and a small number of mail out) for the survey to individuals across Canada
Conduct data analysis of the survey data and complete a comprehensive report for the After Stroke Landmark Study team.

Interested individuals should respond to this RFQ outlining how their experience and knowledge, key activities, deliverables and timelines meet the expectations as further described in the RFQ documents.
