PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board (DSB), proposed removal and replacement of natural gas heaters at 60 Barber and 70 Barber, Espanola.
The Manitoulin-Sudbury DSB invites interested parties to submit proposals for the removal and disposal of 40 individual natural gas heaters and the associated stub gas line with valve in a 2 storey apartment building. The supply and installation of 40 new Rinnai natural gas heaters, electrical connection, venting, piping and all other associated components to meet or exceed OBC. Proposals are intended to provide phased install over 3 years and/or a single project in 2018 with work to begin June 2018.

SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Thursday, May3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at 70 Barber, Espanola.
THE LOWEST BID OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT BE NECESSARILY ACCEPTED. CONTRACTORS MUST MEET BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDING CURRENT WSIB.
