Description

Loyalist College is looking to purchase various tooling and equipment for our HVAC program located at our Shannonville campus. We are looking for pricing, as well as information on the technical specification, features, and warranty as defined below in detail. Please also provide shipping details and lead time information. All products must be certified for us in Canada (CSA / ESA / ULC, etc.).
Successful proponent(s) will receive a purchase order for some, or all of the equipment listed in this RFP, as well as a standing order (SO) for a (3) three-year nonexclusive Vendor of Record (VoR) term, with the possibility of (2) two (1) one-year extensions, based on mutual agreement, commencing upon successful delivery and satisfactory service with this RFP. The College may elect to enter VoR contracts with more than (1) one supplier
