Description

The County of Lanark is requesting proposals for the provision of pharmacy services to the residents of Lanark Lodge commencing July 13, 2018.
Lanark Lodge is a municipal long-term care home for one hundred and sixty three (163) residents in Perth, Ontario. The Home is owned and operated by the County of Lanark. The Home consists of 4 Resident Home Areas (RHA’s).
Lanark Lodge currently utilizes PointClickCare, an electronic clinical and administrative software program, for resident documentation including ordering, processing and medication administration. Proponents must supply hardware & software that integrates with PointClickCare.
Pharmaceutical Services will be at no cost to Lanark Lodge.
