The system we are looking for should have a greater than 150 L L working volume. The unit should be fully automated, as much as possible. The unit should have or be ready for, pH and DO probes with monitoring and adjustment capabilities. Digital monitoring of process data; load cells for level detection; top drive agitator; would want to know OTR/kLa values to make sure it can meet DO demands in fermentations. Gassing would probably want air, O2, N2, and CO2 With a possibility if methanol feeding can be done (or other organic solvents). The system should be fully controlled through a separate computer and have the ability to remote into control systems. Long term PM and service agreements should be included. All necessary approvals and registration, approvals (TSSA, CSA) and numbers need to be included.
