2019-12-13-PHOTOCOPY - Photocopier Services RFP 2019

This document requests bids for the provision of photocopying equipment that is under contract with King’s University College (hereby referred to as “King’s”) until May 31st, 2020. On this date, King’s will enter into a new contract with a photocopier services provider as subsequently defined and based on this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Contract Details
The duration and conditions of the contract will be a negotiated item but will be 2-5 years in length.

The contract must include lease costs, toner replacements, staple replacements, service calls related to parts/labour, and maintenance as required.

All pricing in the RFP submission shall be in Canadian currency.

Any anticipated price increases during the contract period are to be explicitly included in RFP document.
