Description

The focus of this RFP is on the development of commercial tobacco prevention campaign targeting young adults who identify with the ‘outdoor’ peer crowd. TCAN-East is looking for a bilingual marketing consultant (individual or organization). The successful applicant will utilize the expertise of the TCAN-East along with marketing principles and practice to develop a comprehensive commercial tobacco prevention campaign in both French and English.

The total budget for focus testing, campaign content and creative development for this project should not exceed $50,000.

Due to the vast geography covered by the TCAN-East, 75% of planning time with TCAN-East may be done via teleconference, online shared spaces, and emails (teleconference line costs will be covered by KFL&A Public Health).
