This request for proposal (RFP) is to procure, implement and provide ongoing support for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) Public Health’s current HRIS will no longer be maintained after December 31, 2018, so at a minimum we need to procure and implement an Integrated Human Resources/Payroll System that includes the following components: Human Resources; Payroll; Learning Management; Occupational Health and Safety; and Staff Scheduling.

Our preference is to procure and implement an ERP that also includes the following components: Cost Accounting/ Case Costing; General Ledger; Budgeting; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Materiel Management (including Purchasing); and Fixed Assets.

If the proposed solution does not have inherent functionality in the above areas, vendors are asked to describe in general how their proposed solution typically integrates with the relevant additional components and any constraints that may apply.
