BACKGROUND
KFL&A Public Health is a local public health agency with over 200 staff and 150 volunteers who deliver public health programs and services to the people of the KFL&A area. The underlying goal of its services and programs-from immunization, healthy weights, nutritious eating, food safety, raising healthy babies and children, sexual health, tobacco use reduction, and many other public health areas-is to promote and protect the health of the more than 180,000 residents of the Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington area.

The main office building is 14 years old, 55,000 square feet over 3 floors and a basement and consists primarily of offices and open office areas with clinical space on the first floor.

SERVICE REQUIREMENT:

Building cleaning services for the property located at the main building site, 221 Portsmouth Avenue, Kingston.

Company profile that includes: brief description of the company, number of employees, turnover rate of employees, selection process for employees including whether or not criminal reference checks are conducted, key contact or account manager name and number, number of current cleaning contracts in the local area, and process for dealing with complaints.
A detailed plan and description of how the requested service requirement will be executed, including frequency and response times.
Competitive fee structure clearly indicating how services are costed and length of contract with price guarantee.
Three recent business references.
