Kensington Health Centre (the “Issuer”) has issued this Request for Proposal, to seek procurement of Nutrition and Environmental services (the “Services”) for Kensington Gardens Long Term Care at 25 Brunswick Ave. and 45 Brunswick Ave, Kensington Hospice at 38 Major St. and Kensington Ambulatory Care at 340 College St. and is accepting proposals from Firms offering the services described in detail in this RFP.
