The work consists of clearing and grubbing approximately of 2 hectares of subdivision area, 85m of 150mm watermain installation complete with hydrant and service laterals, and 160m of road construction with two lifts of asphalt, 150mm Granular A' Base, 300mm Granular B' subbase, and overall lot grading on Hawthorne Road in Tsi Snaihne, Quebec.
