As the shared services provider for information technology (“IT") to the Canada Post Group of Companies, Innovapost is requesting proposals to accommodate the needs of its Network Renewal Program (the “Program”). CPGC’s IT strategy and present requirements are organized into five “Service Towers” below in order to leverage opportunities:

4) Enterprise Network Services Canada Post, Purolator, Innovapost
5) Carrier Network Services Canada Post, Purolator, Innovapost
Proponent may submit Proposals for any number of Service Towers. For each Service Tower for which the Proponent wishes to submit a Proposal, the Proponent must submit a complete, comprehensive, independent and standalone Proposal, and must not reference information from any other Proposal for another Service Tower. Any information submitted in a Proposal referencing a Proposal for another Service Tower or any other external source will not be considered.
On June 17, 2019 at 14:00 eastern time, Innovapost shall hold a Proponent information session through teleconference and collaboration tool for all those who wish to participate. During the session, Innovapost will provide an overview of the RFP evaluation and selection process; and of the structure of the various documents that comprise the RFP. This will not be a question and answer session. Proponents interested in participating in the information session need to register with the Contracting Authority (Section 2.3 of the RFP Main Body) via e-mail. Further logistical information will be provided to all Proponents who have registered with the Contracting Authority prior to June 12th 2019, at 14:00 eastern time. Please note that there will be no recording, nor will recording of the information session be authorized.
