Proposers must submit Proposals and be received via e-mail as an attachment in .pdf format along with a copy in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel to the email address specified above no later than the applicable Closing Date and Time. It is the responsibility of the Proposers to ensure that the e-mail submissions are received by Innovapost. Innovapost will not be responsible for any undeliverable e-mail submissions.

Please be advised that there is a 10MB limit on the size of files that can be submitted to the Tender Control e-mail. Where a Proponent response would exceed this limit, Proponents must submit as separate files with each submission clearly identifying the Proponent and the RFP#.
