The objective of any Agreement resulting from this RFQ is for the provision of data analytic solutions from pre-qualified Proponents.
Following the evaluation process outlined in section 4.0, Innovapost anticipates designating three or more Proponents in each of the three data analytic streams identified in 1.2 Introduction.
The RFQ process shall be conducted in Stages (the “Stages”) as outlined in Section 4.0, with the intent of selecting (3) three, or more, Proponents per Stream, to provide the Data Analytic Solutions outlined herein for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options to be exercised at Innovapost’s sole discretion.
Successful, pre-qualified Proponents will be invited to sign Master Agreements for each stream in which they bid. These Agreements will enable successful Proponents to submit Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses for future stream requirements to which they are invited.
Innovapost, on behalf of the Canada Post Group of Companies (CPGC), intends to invite Proponents to submit responses to Requests for Proposal and/or statements of work (SOW), for these requests. Over the initial supply arrangement term, it is estimated that there will be two or more requirements per year, with individual values ranging from an estimated $50K to $750K.
Innovapost reserves the right to request proposals from resulting SA agreements directly to a specific Proponent, through invitation to limited Proponents or to compete a requirement amongst qualified Proponents within a specific Stream.
